Since 2016, I have been working in childcare and, since 2020, at the spieloase daycare center. After two years as a team leader and trainer, I additionally took on the role of deputy daycare center manager. In 2024, I assumed the management of the daycare center and completed further training as a team leader in social and socio-medical institutions. A respectful and supportive environment, where we can all learn from each other and grow together, is very important to me.

Our educational work is supported by “BULG” (Educational and Learning Stories), an observation tool that focuses on the child’s strengths and interests. Our motivated team is committed to sustainable development, helping children grow into responsible individuals.
