After completing my training in 2020, I was able to gain extensive experience as a team leader, vocational trainer, and ultimately as a daycare center manager. Through the internal project Pep Talent, I completed further training as a team leader in social and socio-medical institutions. Since 2025, I have been managing the oberfeld daycare center together with Reto. Creating a respectful atmosphere where families and staff alike feel seen and valued is very important to me.

Our daycare center oberfeld is located in a quiet, prime location in a charming former shooting range building, right next to the local kindergarten. We are easily accessible by public transport, car, or on foot.
We work according to the latest educational insights, consistently placing the child and their individual needs at the center. In age-based groups, our dedicated team supports each child playfully on their path to independence. Sustainability and hands-on learning encourage children to explore, shape, and connect with the world around them.
