In 2025, I successfully completed my training as a childcare specialist and started in 2019 as a team leader and deputy daycare center manager at Takatukaland. This allowed me to gain a lot of practical experience, which I now apply in my role as daycare center manager at Takatukaland. To further develop my theoretical skills, I successfully completed leadership training with a focus on Leadership and Management.

Our daycare center Takatukaland in Adliswil has 28 places, divided across three groups. The daycare center primarily supports employees of Generali Insurance in balancing family and work. A limited number of places are also available for external families. Our daycare center is located in a child-friendly, car-free area in Adliswil, yet it is easily accessible by car and public transport.
Our daycare center offers children a variety of experiences both indoors and outdoors on our daycare center playground, in the forest, on the farm, and along the Sihl River. The children are lovingly supported by professionally trained educators. Our educational concept promotes autonomy, social skills, and a resource- and solution-oriented mindset.

This daycare centre holds the QualiKita label, the Swiss reference quality certification for early childhood care.
