Meet our Management
In 2015, I completed my training as a childcare specialist and, since 2016, have gained diverse experience at the schermenweg daycare center as a team leader, vocational trainer, and deputy daycare center manager. Through the internal Pep Talent project, I had the opportunity to complete leadership training. Since 2023, I have been managing the daycare center with heart, creating together with the team a place where children can develop individually.

Our daycare center schermenweg is ideally located, right by the bus stop opposite the train station. The daycare center is therefore easily accessible by public transport or by car. The surrounding area invites outdoor exploration and offers a variety of excursion opportunities.
Our family-oriented daycare center provides professional care and fosters a community where children feel at home. Free play is at the heart of our approach. In mixed-age groups, we promote independence, creativity, and sustainable habits in daily life. A variety of activities and excursions complement the program, while each child is individually supported in their development.
