Meet our Management
With over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in childhood, disability, and child psychiatry, I have progressed into the management of institutions and large educational teams. I also have experience in coaching and leadership training. My interest in human development allows me to connect personal and social development, as well as theoretical and practical approaches.
I do not exist as an autonomous and independent entity separate from my environment; I owe my life and survival to an infinity of other human beings.

Located in Chêne-Bougeries, pop e poppa Challendin welcomes children in a calm, green environment. Set on the ground floor of a recent building, it benefits from a private garden and spaces dedicated to play, discovery, and development.
Our approach, centred on well-being pedagogy, values self-esteem and positive relationships. In a caring and attentive environment, we support each child toward harmonious development, taking into account their emotional, social, and cognitive needs.

To get a place in one of the childcare facilities subsidised by the commune of Chêne-Bougeries, you need to register on the portal that gives access to the waiting list.
The Bureau de la petite enfance (BuPE) manages the allocation of places according to availability and the priority criteria set out in its centralised early childhood management regulations (see ‘Additional documents’ page). The management of the childcare facilities does not provide any information regarding the allocation of places. The BuPE remains at your disposal for any other questions relating to pre-school childcare in the municipality of Chêne-Bougeries.
