I have been working in childcare for over 15 years and have completed various further trainings. In 2023, I took on responsibility for vocational training at the daycare center, as well as the role of deputy daycare center manager. Through the internal project Pep Talent, I completed leadership training and, since 2025, have been managing the daycare center together with Vanessa. Supporting children in their development, as well as fostering responsible collaboration within the team and with parents, is very important to me.

Our daycare center oberfeld is located in a quiet, prime location in a charming former shooting range building, right next to the local kindergarten. We are easily accessible by public transport, car, or on foot.
We work according to the latest educational insights, consistently placing the child and their individual needs at the center. In age-based groups, our dedicated team supports each child playfully on their path to independence. Sustainability and hands-on learning encourage children to explore, shape, and connect with the world around them.
