Meet our Management
For over 20 years, I have been leading the schneggehüsli daycare center with great commitment. I completed training as a director of childcare centers at the MMI in Zurich, hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as a team leader in social and socio-educational institutions, and I am a certified childhood pedagogue (HF). It is important to me to create a respectful and stimulating environment for the children, their families, and the team.
Working with children is an invitation to discover the world a new every day through their amazed eyes.

Centrally located in Egg, our daycare center schneggehüsli is housed in a spacious, charming building. The daycare center has been a well-established part of the Egg community for over 25 years and is easily accessible by public transport. We spend a lot of time outdoors, making use not only of our diverse garden but also the nearby forest, sports field, and playgrounds.
We work in an education-focused way using the approach of Educational and Learning Stories (BULG), placing the interests of the children at the center. Additionally, our daycare center has been awarded the QualiKita quality label and also follows Montessori pedagogy. Our experienced team organizes a variety of activities for the children and supports them individually.
